Mrs Esther KAHIWA
Managing Director (Executive Administrator)
She has been a Shareholder as well as Managing Director (Manager) since the creation of the Company. Previously, she was among the Principal Heads of the Association of Non-Governmental Organizations for the promotion of women entrepreneurs in the Province of Katanga (in the DRC). Degree in Economics (Finance option) from the University of Lubumbashi in 2016.
She has been a Shareholder as well as Managing Director (Manager) since the creation of the Company. Mr Anovel MBAHINGANA
Deputy Managing Director (Executive Administrator
He has been a Shareholder as well as Deputy General Manager (Deputy Manager) since the creation of the Company. General Practitioner and Cardiologist in training, he has accumulated more than a decade at the head of several entrepreneurial associations in the Province of Katanga (in the DRC). Doctor at the University of Lubumbashi since 2007.

Mr Moise MATHE
Deputy Managing Director (Executive Administrator
He has been a Shareholder as well as Deputy General Manager (Deputy Manager) since the creation of the Company. Previously, Legal Defender and Lawyer in training at the Bar of Lubumbashi (Province of Katanga in the DRC), he has accumulated more than a decade at the head of several entrepreneurial associations. Degree in Economic Law (BAC+5) at the University of Lubumbashi since 2009.
He has been a Shareholder as well as Deputy General Manager (Deputy Manager) since the creation of the Company. Non-Executive Administrator
He has been a Shareholder as well as a Non-Executive Administrator since the creation of the Company. Bank agent and oriented towards the structuring of Treasury products. Previously, Regional Treasurer at Trust Merchant Bank from 2010 to 2014 in Katanga Province in the DRC and then he joined United Bank for Africa PLC (UBA) in 2015 to date, still in Katanga in the DRC. Graduated in Economic Law from the University of Lubumbashi since 2009, he has a Masters II in Banking at ITB France since 2014 as well as a Masters Certified by ACI relating to Dealing on Financial Market products.
He has been a Shareholder as well as a Non-Executive Administrator since the creation of the Company. Bank agent and oriented towards the structuring of Treasury products. She has been a Non-Executive Administrator since 2020. Bank Agent and oriented towards the structuring of commercial products. She is also Head of Commercial Products dedicated to individuals in the Province of Katanga at United Bank for Africa (UBA) in Katanga in the DRC. She has a BAC+3 from the University of Lubumbashi (in ISC financial sciences).
She has been a Non-Executive Administrator since 2020. Bank Agent and oriented towards the structuring of commercial products.
